St. Patrick’s day is a popular social holiday and with it falling on a weekend, you can expect to see a heavy police presence on the roadways of Pennsylvania.  Recently, PennDOT announced an increased police presence over the upcoming weekend in the form of DUI checkpoints and roving patrols.
